Use of the site

User Content

You are responsible for any content you submit or post on the site (User Content), including recipes, comments, photos, and videos. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to your User Content and that your User Content does not infringe the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other intellectual property rights. You also represent that your recipes are original or that you have proper attribution for any adapted or inspired recipes.

By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the site and our business, including for promotional purposes. This includes the right to sublicense your User Content to other users for personal, non-commercial use, such as sharing on social media.

We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, remove, or edit User Content at our sole discretion, including if it violates these Terms, is inaccurate, or is otherwise objectionable. We may also remove User Content if we receive a valid copyright infringement notice.

Intellectual Property

The content on the site, excluding User Content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Platellook or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content from the site without our prior written consent, except as specifically permitted (e.g., printing recipes for personal use).
