Ingredients
2 cups of cooked rice (preferably day-old)
2 tbsp of cooking oil
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 piece of small onion, chopped
2 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tsp of oyster sauce (optional)
1 tsp of sesame oil
1/2 tsp of ground black pepper
1 piece of egg, scrambled
1/4 cup of green onions, chopped
Steps
Step 1:
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté garlic until golden brown.Step 2:
Add chopped onions and cook until translucent.Step 3:
Push the garlic and onions to one side of the pan, then add the egg. Scramble until fully cooked.Step 4:
Add the rice and mix well.Step 5:
Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), sesame oil, and black pepper. Stir-fry for 3–5 minutes.Step 6:
Add green onions, mix, and serve hot.
